1.Scope of Agreement These terms govern your stay at Shkodra Grand Suites. By finalizing your reservation via our website, email, or third-party platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these conditions in their entirety.
2.Reservations and Eligibility All bookings are subject to verification and availability. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a suite. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false information or fails to provide valid government-issued identification upon arrival.
3.Check-in and Check-out Procedures Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Should you anticipate arriving after 6:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM to allow our housekeeping team adequate time to prepare the suite for the next guest. 4.Payment and Billing A secure deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is generally due upon arrival, unless otherwise specified by your chosen rate plan. We accept major credit cards and cash in local currency, subject to standard exchange rates.
5.Cancellation Policy We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined during the booking process. Cancellations made outside the designated window may incur a penalty charge equivalent to one night's stay or the full booking amount, depending on the offer type.
6.Quiet Enjoyment and Conduct Shkodra Grand Suites aims to provide a relaxing environment. Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level, particularly during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Any disruptive behavior, including illegal activity, will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
7.Suite Occupancy and Use Each suite has a maximum occupancy limit for safety and insurance purposes. Bringing unauthorized guests into the property is prohibited. The suites are for residential use only and may not be used for commercial activities, filming, or large social gatherings.
8.Liability and Personal Belongings While we strive to provide a secure environment, Shkodra Grand Suites assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property left in suites or common areas. We strongly advise guests to utilize in-room safes where available. 9.Dispute Resolution In the event of a disagreement, we aim to resolve all issues amicably. However, any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shkodër, Albania, in accordance with local legislation.
